Hi! I am a senior graduating In May so I am looking to sublease my private room at The Mark starting as early as May 15- end of July ( willing to negotiate date) . It is a 4x4 unit where you would have your own private room and bathroom. The rent is 1035$ and utilities are an extra 50-60$ per month (usually). Super close to campus and lots of amenities!
