URGENT I need a subletter!!

Hi, with family things going on- I will need to break my lease ASAP. This space will be fully available in MAY (with a chance to renew lease in September!) The latest day for moving can be May 15th!

This is located in Lincoln Park- wonderful area and neighborhood and this apartment is on th floor.
Theres a bike room and a small workout space in laundry area (cardio machines).

It will be unfurnished- I will leave a nice heavy duty garbage can, a black shoe rack and a dish rack as well!

There is a dishwasher and In-unit refrigerator and microwave
