Welcome to Grant Park! Our townhome is located in the southern part of the park, right off of the soon to be completed Atlanta Beltline. The townhome is a total 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms being available for rent. There is a front and back porch, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, and a dining room as well! Parking includes one garage, one driveway spot (partially covered), and a spot next to the driveway. Renters will be given two parking passes as well to allow for guests to visit and park at locations around the community. The two bedrooms for rent are currently set up for two different "purposes." One is the primary bedroom in the townhouse, with a larger bathroom, walk in closet, and a king size bed. The other is the secondary bedroom with a standing desk, a private bathroom, and a queen size bed. The third room will be saved just in case I need to come back into town and need a place to stay!
