I am looking to sublease the upstairs room in my apartment located in Lower Burns Park (12-minute walk to campus). I would prefer grad students, but may consider undergrads for the room. The sublease would be for 1-year beginning as early as July 1 and as late as September 1, 2024. The price per month is $1,000. The apartment is fully furnished and includes WiFi, heat, and water. There is free parking both on the street and at the apartment. Pets are not allowed (at the responsibleent). There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is the shower room. The security deposit is $1,000, which will be refunded to you upon the end of the 1-year sublease agreement.
