The house is approximately 1600 sqft. The house is only occupied by myself (a 28 year old working professional). Available: 5/1/2024 Room: Fully furnished private room with a bathroom right outside the room (will not be shared), full closet, a huge tv with a fire stick, a computer desk and chair with an additional monitor, 2 nightstands with lamps and outlets, TV stand with plenty of storage room, 6 drawer dresser, storage room under the bed as well.
House Features: Fully furnished common living room and dining room, Washer/Dryer, storage in garage, half bath in hallway to go upstairs. Kitchen is fully furnished with dishes and silverware, pots/pans, a dishwasher and etc. willing to share current kitchen supplies or clear out cabinet space for someone to bring their own.
Rent: $1,000 and includes all utilities with a garage and/or driveway parking space! Will ask for a $50 background check fee and a $500 refundable security deposit upon approval.
