Hello! I am looking to sublease a bedroom in a 4 bed 2 bath unit from mid June to Aug 31. I have two other roommates who are looking to sublease their bedrooms as well if you have friends you would like to live with. The apt is a 8-minute walk to UW campus and a 5 minute walk to the U-District link station, as well as being surrounded by numerous bus stops. The location is very walkable and right by multiple grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants. The building is directly next to a Safeway that is open until 1 AM and down the street from a Trader Joes. The apartment security is very tight as it requires residents to scan into both the building door and the elevator. Additionally, there is a security guard at night.
My specific bedroom is Bedroom A in Floorplan B. My room has north facing views, and the living room has east facing views of Lake Washington.
