subletting my bedroom during june-mid august (does not need to be , would be open to doing 1 month or more sublet)

1,750/month including all utilities (for august u can pay half a months rent)

located in hells kitchen. laundry in building, doorman, gym in building, and lounge areas (indoor and outdoor). huge kitchen with dishwasher and wonderful views. great restaurants and walking distance to the hudson river and central park. near the NRW and CE trains.

Would prefer subletter to identify as a woman and/or be of college age.
