Hi, subletting a private room at Clarkson Rd & Butler Ave for about 1-3 month, preferably starting early May to end of June but could extend to end of July, flexible on both end feel free to reach out and we can discuss.
It is a private room with monthly rent 1100, rate includes utilities, internet, cleaning service, in short no extra fee.
Room can come furnished with bed, desk, chair, basic needs etc. If you have your own belonging it can come empty too.
The bathroom is shared with another male housemate so preferably you are male as well.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood on corner of National Blvd and Butler Blvd, convenient for SMC, UCLA, West LA students and easy going professionals.
If you take public transportation it is close to Big Blue Bus 8, metro Expo line, 10 and 405, also walking distance to Whole-foods, Ralphs, and Chase.
If you drive, Sawtelle (Little Osaka) is only 5 mins away, Costco, Trader Joes, Westfield Century City, Santa Monica about 10 mins. There are plenty of free street parking spaces, I pretty much always park right in front of the house and street cleaning in bi-weekly.
House is just renovated 2 years ago, with all stainless steel appliance, in-unit washer and dryer, backyard with patio and lounge space.
There is 2 fluffy family member in the unit, Bella and Nori. They are friendly and wouldnt bite/bark. Daytime occasionally they will be hanging around at living room but at night they stay in the room.
I have been living here for more than 2 years and did not encounter any issue with roommate or landlord, the reason I am subleasing is that I am flying back for a while.
You will sign the contract with the landlord who is the owner of the house directly, if there is concern about rent/scam, (note the original rent is 1300 I will pay the difference).
