Looking to sublet my studio! Its a sunny space and it has an updated kitchen and a free gym in the building. Super accessible by public transport.
Sublease Term: May 1 2024 to October 31 2024 (you will be taking over the full six months)
Address: 655 W Grace St, Apt. 214, Chicago, IL 60613
Rent: $1350 minus utilities
Utilities:
Water/Heat/Trash/Gas will be billed by the company every month. Its different based on use but for me it comes to approximately $45 every month
Electricity will be billed by ComEd. Its different every month based on use but for me it comes to approximately $20 every month
Internet is with Xfinity and it changes based on your plan with them.
Renters Insurance:
The management company requires all tenants to have renters insurance. I only pay $6 a month for mine through Lemonade.
Parking:
If you want parking, you will be billed an additional charge. $160 per month for uncovered parking and $175 for covered. Once parking is taken, it goes through the end of the lease and cannot be removed until lease renewal.
Pets:
Its a one-time fee of $300 and then $25 a month for dogs and $10 a month for cats.
Application: Its $50. They do a credit check and ask for proof of income.
