The Zone is a wonderful community which includes a pool, hottub, basketball court, volleyball court, electric fireplace, gym, cardio area, and a dog park. The current rate is $100 below the market rate. The community has two bus stops on the Aggie Bus Routes 35 and 40 and it is only a 5 minute walk to campus.
