Rise on 9th is in a great location it is a short walk both to Mizzou and downtown Columbia. The rooms are bright and airy, and the unit construction is high quality. The unit has been well-maintained and appliances are fairly new and in great shape.
Rent is normally $769 plus electric (usually $30-60 per month, depending on usage), but I am lowering it to $700 plus electric.
