One block to all of the wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques and bars on Hillhurst Avenue including Little Doms, All-Time and two supermarkets: Lassens organic food store and Albertsons.

-8 minute walk to Los Feliz farmers market.
- 15 minute walk to the Greek theatre
- 10 minute walk to the Los Feliz 3 cinema and all the shops on Vermont Avenue, including Skylight Books and the Dresden.

The space includes a very comfortable king size bed, a large closet with plenty of hanging space and a six drawer dresser in the bedroom.

There is a 4k projector, Klipsch speakers and a large 7x5 foot screen for watching films and tv from a large selection of streaming apps. Theres also a small desk and chair, a mini office area, in the corner of the living room.

The apartment stays very cool during the summer so the A/C is rarely necessary, but there is a window unit in the living room.

There is a mini dishwasher and plenty of kitchen tools and appliances for all kinds of cooking/baking, along with a small dining table in the kitchen. A shared and locked laundry room, which takes quarters, is at the back of the building.

We have indoor plants which require very simple watering once every 10-14 days.

Parking: there is ample street parking on the main street on weekends and on the side street during weekdays.

Accessibility: there are 4 steps to get to the front door.

ABOUT US
We are two filmmakers traveling to Europe for work for a few months. We love hiking, travel and cinema. If youre interested in subletting the place, we are happy to chat and answer any and all questions. We want our sub-tenant to be comfortable and happy during their stay!


RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Sublet agreement to be signed.
1 month rent $2300 security deposit required, to be returned to you asap in August.
Ideally, rent to be paid a few days before the first of the month.
