Looking to sublet my room in a townhouse near Carleton university. The space currently has 3 other room mates. The lease is up in October but the other 3 room mates are looking to extend into another year. The space is nothing luxurious but it will do perfectly for any university student looking for somewhere cheap near campus. The house and room mates are LGBTQ+ positive. The room is quite spacious easily fitting a bed, a desk, a mini fridge and a dresser with ample room left over.
