Looking for someone to take over my lease here. I have really cool roommates and like living here but I have to relocate due to school/work. It is a first floor apartment so great for pets. My roommates do not have pets but I have a small dog. You get your own bathroom and a nicely sized walk in closet. The room is towards the back so you are not bothered by anything. It is also really peaceful and quiet outside and inside the room. The living is some of the cheapest in town and the maintenance has been super helpful to me. Anytime I have had issues they work quickly to solve it. You get an in unit washer and dryer. The pool during the Summer is nice and kept clean. Another thing to note is I always get a parking space right next to my apartment.
