This is a sublet for one of the rooms of a female 3 bedroom apartment at Varsity House Gainesville for the month of June and July 2024.

Each room has its own bathroom and the tenant will share the living room space and kitchen. Entire apartment is furnished with a washer and dryer in unit.

Light bill is part covered by the apartment (typically pay between $10-30 a month).
High speed internet is covered in rent.
5 mins bus or car ride to walmart and butler plaza with a bus stop right in front of the apartment.

Apartment parking information can be provided by apartment. I have just used the bus to UF campus and around town.
