Rent: $1709/month (includes utilities)
Move in: anytime after April 14th (you can gradually move in before the 14th!)
Move out: anytime before or on Aug 31 (Aprils rent is already paid)
Reasons to consider:
will have the entire apartment to yourself (roommate will not be here from May - mid Aug)
all appliances are left for you to use until end of August (extra shelf, pots, pans, rice cooker, blender, all kitchen utensil and cooking tools, vacuum cleaner, baking tray, cleaning products)
very spacious room for projects and get-togethers with friends
daily necessities are only 5 minutes away (eg. Metro, Loblaws, Farm Boy, Dollarama)
5 minutes away from college AND Dundas station
Avant occasionally hosts events for its community
