This unit is a first floor two-bedroom apartment in a quadplex of four apartments. The unit is quite spacious, with lots of natural lighting and an updated kitchen and bathroom, all hardwood floors. There is washer and dryer in the basement of the unit. It is on a quiet, friendly street in Squirrel Hill, just a short drive to Pitt/CMU campuses, and a 7-8 minute walk to several bus lines (69, 67, 61 A-C) that go to downtown. Forbes and Murray, an intersection with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops, is about a 10 minute walk. Lobos Management is the landlord, they are responsive to repair requests. The sublease begin date is flexible, but the end of the lease is June 30, 2025. To clarify, the photos of the unit are from sublet.com only because my current set-up isnt quite as nice, but I am indeed the tenant :)
