* Central heat/AC. Double pane and locking windows throughout.
* Patio with dance mirrors, table w/ umbrella, smoker/grill, garden, outdoor seating, fire pit, and storage shed. (~300 sq ft)
* In-unit washer/dryer.
* Bright and spacious kitchen with dishwasher.
* Big open downstairs with tall ceilings, couch, smart TV, and sound system.
* Gated entrance.
* Locked storage locker in the carport. (6 x 2.5 x 1.5)

Utilities:
* Water/Trash is paid by the landlord, and we all split electricity, gas, and internet.
