I am looking for someone (female) to sublease my room during the months of July 2024- December 2024 (Dates flexible). The house is located on Mill St at about a 25 min walk distance from Cal Poly. The house is a 6 bedroom home, recently renovated, with 3 stories, 3 bathrooms (2 per bathroom), a living room, full kitchen, backyard, and you would be renting a single room at $1500/month. Plenty of parking is available on the street as well as in the driveway. The furniture in the bedroom is not mine, but I will have a full set of furniture in the bedroom before you move in.
