Subletter wanted (female only)
I am subletting my room in a 2B/2B at The Lola on South Congress. Apartment is less than a mile from downtown and extremely walkable. The lease is from now - October 2024. The rent is $1200/month not including utilities. There is a non-refundable $250 application to the leasing office.
Amenities included are a recently renovated gym, luxury pool, dog park with turf, package delivery, trash concierge and pickle ball court! Security deposit and renters insurance is paid already. The apartment was recently professionally cleaned. Shared space furniture will be supplied.
Your roommate will be a 24 year old female ER nurse. She is absolutely amazing, very clean, and chill. I am happy to connect the two of you prior to move in.
