Hi! 2 scenarios could work for my apartment. SCENARIO 1: I have a friend who is already interested and we are looking for someone who would be interested in being her roommate. The second bedroom is not furnished. You are welcome to bring your own bedroom furniture. Alternatively, my friend has bedroom furniture she can furnish the second bedroom with if need be. Ideally, you do not need parking, but if needed it is possible to rent a second parking spot for a fee which my friend is willing to split with you. There is also free street parking. SCENARIO 2: I am looking for someone, a couple, two friends, or a small family who would be interested in subleasing the apartment. The second bedroom is unfurnished and therefore can be used for whatever you desire (ie, office, closet, movie room, second bedroom, child bedroom, etc). There is one free parking spot included. (bonus* if you do not need a parking spot your application will be very attractive). OTHER INFO: pets are allowed for a fee. Utilities are already set up and tend to be between $50 - $80 per month. Internet is $36. Industrial Washer/Dryer in building one floor down or 2 floors up. Midtown with TraderJoes, fitness classes, restaurants, and Target 15-minute walk. Walgreens, Starbucks, and office space are 5-minute walk. Whole Foods 5-minute walk opening soon. One-year lease start date 4/27.
