Hi! Im subletting 1 room in a 3bd/1ba apt for $1350 + utilities from June to August (no option to renew). Must be okay with cats! The room can come with a full size bed and mattress, desk and chair, and portable A/C unit. The apartment is located in Central Square, conveniently situated between MIT and Harvard. Its just minutes away from the Red Line with nearby amenities such as a target, HMart, and CVS/Walgreens, as well as plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars! Utilities cover gas, electric, water and internet and is usually about $50-$75 in the summer. Some additional details about the space: Lots of natural light as the apartment is on the top floor with large windows. The closest T stop is the red line Central Square about a 7 minute walk away. The kitchen is full equipped and has a large pantry. Although there is no laundry in unit there is some in the basement of the apartment building. There are two other roommates who live here who will be moving out at the end of August as well. Both around 25 years old, super friendly, clean, and always down to chat and give suggestions for places to go around the city. One roommate graduated from BU and works at a nearby lab doing research and the other is a Network Security Analyst who works part time at home and part time in office. Theres also one additional roommate: Clio, the one eyed cat, she is adorable and adds a bit of fun to the household. She is a smaller cat and loves people.
