Im subletting a fully furnished room (up to 3-4 rooms are available) in a 5b5b house in the USC area (very close to DTLA) from Mid-May to August 1st. The room is extremely spacious with a bathroom inside and a walk-in closet. Private parking is also available and rent is $1339 a month per person, but Id be willing to take some of that on.
