I have a 1bed 1 bath apartment , ground floor, at Bell Plantation Apartment Complex 28117. I am looking for someone to take over my lease. Taking over lease will be standard process of background check, security deposit and application fee. I am willing to pay application fee.
Base rent is $1290, internet and cable is $75 making a total of $1365 and utilities are based on usage.
The apartment is available from 04/18 and. The rent of April is already paid and I will not ask for April rent if you take over my lease from May which means 12 days of free accommodation.
This is urgent.
