Monthly rent is $1,050 plus utilities / wifi & the current furniture is available for sale if preferred (negotiable). My roommate is a 24 y/o chill guy (enjoys soccer, big fan of Ronaldo, social and easygoing).
The current lease runs through August 7, 2024 and has an option to renew further. Ideally, the person would be interested in taking over my side of the lease agreement but open to discussions around a month-to-month renting situation.
