This apartment is brand new, I have not yet lived there. all furniture will be ready after May 3rd as I am in the process of furnishing it. I am subleasing it out for summer time because I cannot move there till mid August.

1 month rental is acceptable. I love pets so I am willing to make accommodation.
This apartment is very safe, close to police station and walking distance to Columbia University. You get all the amenities in surrounding area! Utilities included, washer and dryer in the building. The unit is like a junior 1B, huge space, theres a kitchen and bathroom and closet. More photos will be added once the cleaning is completed.
