My name is Will, Im doing a masters in theology and also report part time as a journalist.
I will be subletting my bedroom in a shared house near Prince Edward and 17th (off Main Street) for May and June and possibly July.

The room is quite large, furnished , in the lovely Riley Park neighbourhood. There is an electronic keyboard if you happen to like to play. You would be sharing a large space in a house with four other roommates, as well as yard and back deck. Youd be welcome to join the occasional communal meal.
The house is spacious, with communal space for coming together or your own space to retreat for solitude. Between the 5 of us, we share a large kitchen and several bathrooms. We have a bright living and dining room, and a reading nook, both with natural gas fireplaces, which make for cozy winter evenings. The highlight of the upstairs in warmer months is our spacious covered deck. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor, there is 1 more bedroom, a bathroom, and laundry room.

The house is in a great location, with a Walk Score of 92 - a walkers paradise. We have use of our front yard. There is also a raised garden bed and some planter boxes around the yard.
Other roommates are students and professionals in our twenties and thirties, working or studying in postsecondary education, theology, funeral home management, and theatre.
Hoping that this could be a lovely space for you for the springtime. Ive enjoyed living here for the past 1 and a half years.
