Following my graduation, Ill be relocating out of state and am in search of someone to take over my lease. Move in can be anytime after May 24th and Move out will be August 20th, 2024.
-The apartment comes fully furnished and is move-in ready, however if you want to bring your own furniture I will happily move mine out.
-Rent is 1430/month, willing to negotiate price!
-The unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, yoll have a private room and bathroom
