The leasing period is flexible, but the earliest start date is 6/1/24 and the end date is 8/25/24. The apartment is unfurnished, except for kitchen appliances (fridge, dishwasher, etc.). Utilities are not included and tend to be around $40-70 a month depending on usage (for 3 tenants). The unit is on the first floor. There is outdoor and indoor parking available, a small (but free) gym, and a laundry room on the first floor. The manager, Deena, typically has free coffee available during office hours on weekdays. Maintenance requests are available on the resident portal, and the maintenance workers are good about arriving promptly. Pest control companies come by every few months and inspect every room.
