I am looking for someone to take my lease for July 2024 to July 2025 with The Pier. The unit has four bedrooms total with a private bathroom for each, and this lease is for one bedroom within the unit. The rent is $749 per month and you get access to tons of amenities within the apartment complex. The Pier provides parking, a massive pool, hot tubs, multiple gyms, and a clubhouse with study spaces. I am graduating from Clemson this year and it only takes me 5-10 minutes to drive to class every morning. If youre into paddleboarding or boating or just tanning, Lake Hartwell is only a few minutes away. This unit was also recently renovated so there are brand new appliances and a marble-finished countertop! The Pier includes utilities and electricity in your rent, so you dont have to pay multiple different groups for each utility. All of the roommates are incredibly nice girls who keep the space clean but still decorated while making you feel at home. I love living here and I would stay in this beautiful apartment complex if my career and relationship werent elsewhere :(
