Hello! Im moving out of a shared apartment near the Solna Strand/Huvudsta metro station (10 min from Stockholm).
Its a 12 m room in a 100 m apartment. The room is furnished with a single bed, a desk and a large wardrobe.
The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer. There is a convection oven and a good stove. Theres a storage room in the basement that can be used, as well as a bike room, a laundry room and a small gym.
Youll be sharing the apartment with a Swede and an Austrian/French people. We love living in a shared apartment, cooking and eating meals together, and having a few drinks in the evening when were in the mood.
The rent is 7500 SEK per month, with a one-month deposit. Amenities are included in the rent (electricity, internet and water).
We are mainly looking for someone long-term from May 1 and hope we can make our current atmosphere at home even better .
