Hallo everyone! Hopefully I can soon welcome in my new roommate to our new humble abode. This is seriously one of the biggest apartments that I have been inside of in the city, Spacious bedrooms, living room, long kitchen and bathroom. I lived with the same person for 7 years before he had to move to Japan for work related reasons and since them Ive been hoping to find a him or a her just like him. ... or maybe not just like him, but someone who has experience being a respectful roommate. Simple things like cleaning up after yourself, doing the dishes in a reasonable (meaning less than a day since youve eaten whatever was in that bowl), wiping something up when it spills, telling me if something broke....you might be picking up on the fact that my last roommate didnt necessarily follow by these ways of life, expecting me to do everything for him. I am not into that roll. Were all responsibles, let us all take car of our own mess. Perfection is by NO MEANS necessary, but an effort goes a long, long way. I am an artist in pretty much every sense of the word. I paint, make mixed media projects, am primarily and actor, also a writer, and a director in the film and theater world. I dont mind if youre in the arts field or not just as long as you are satisfied in some way with what you are doing. I can be as distant or as close as you want me to be. I like to be able to talk to my roommate about life things from time to time and if you do too, thats awesome, but dont worry! I will not pry! I have a washer that you hook into the sink which you are more than welcome to you as well as my pots, pans, plates, etc. I just ask that you take very good care of them...not using metal spoons or eating directly out of them. Plates are just as good turns out. I didnt enter the square footage total for the entire apartment because I am unsure of it.
