Looking for a single roommate to sublet a room in a 3 bedroom apartment from May 1 to September 1. The apartment is fully furnished and you would be living with two male roommates (20 years old). Apartment is right on Dalhousie University Campus and a 10 minute walk to downtown and Spring Garden. Building includes multiple study areas, workout room, games room, and laundry in the basement. There is underground parking available at an extra cost ($250/month). All utilities are included in the rent (including wifi). Damage deposit of $100 will be required additionally.

Move in/out dates are flexible.
