Dorm room available for 2 months from May 1st, 2024 to July 31st, 2024 at Parkside Student Residence. Subletting one room within a 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom apartment. The apartment will be shared with my roommate Jack who is extremely clean and works as a Resident Assistant in the building. He is extremely kind and friendly and obeys all the rules and cleanliness conditions required in the room, will also be helpful if you come across any issues during your stay.

The apartment is fully furnished, with the bedroom coming with a single bed-bed frame, mattress, 4 drawers underneath the bed, study desk, chair, and lamps, as well as a lockable door. Enjoy the beautiful view of Downtown Toronto, as the apartment is on the 18th floor. The common living room area comes with a 3-piece couch, coffee table, mini fridge, TV, and PS4 with all streaming services such as Netflix, Disney +, and Amazon Prime that my roommate will happily share. Two individual wardrobes one for my roommate and one for you, and 1 Bathroom in the apartment that will be shared with my roommate. Monthly Rent Installment: $1,500 CAD

There is no kitchenette in the apartment, so there is a mandatory meal plan for residents which is extremely convenient as no groceries or cooking is required, no need to buy additional cutlery or dishes. It is an unlimited dining program that is buffet style which includes all-you-care-to-eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as to-go options, lunch-to-go options, and an after-hours dinner pick-up service. They cater to all dietary requirements: nonhalal, halal, vegetarian, vegan, & gluten-free. I will not be charging the meal plan.

You are allowed to have guests over, as long as you follow the buildings guest policy, and you get permission from my roommate. Another benefit of staying at this residence is you get to attend all of the resident life social events, game nights, movie nights, art nights, etc. A great way to create connections in your short stay, and create some memories. The location of the building is extremely convenient, as the streetcar stops right in front of the building and takes you along College Street. The College Subway station is a 6-minute walk from the building. We have a Loblaws store down the street, with a clinic inside, and restaurants, fast food joints, and grocery stores nearby, all within walking distance.
