Hello, I am subleasing my apartment at College Town Communities @ USF for the summer from May 1 to July 27. I WILL PAY $342 to cover the administrator fee and damage waiver addendum to you directly upon lease transfer.

It is a fully-furnished private bed and bath in a 3-room unit (Room C collegiate style at College Town), so you will be with 2 other people. I am familiar with them both and they are both clean and nice. Both are males, so the subleaser should be comfortable with that, but were fine with anyone. There is a shared common area and kitchen. Room C has direct access to the porch, which attaches to an in-unit washer and dryer. Parking is free. A dog or cat is allowed. The facilities include a gym, club house, dog park, basketball court, volleyball court, and 2 pools.

Pricing:
$850 per month + $13.75 damage waiver addendum (I cover) per month
Utilities are included in rent
No security deposit
$300 one time administrative fee (I cover)
Total for May 1 - July 27: $2550
College town requires payment for the first and last month in the initial payment, so you would have to put $1700 down at the start of the lease (2 months) and then pay the remaining $850 on June 1 (No payment in July since you will have already done it).

$25 per month pet fee if applicable
