Hello! I am listing my room at the townhome since Im starting elsewhere, but there are three other college age peoples who live here. Theyre chill and shouldnt give you any difficulties, although you will have to share a bathroom with one of them. One parking spot is included but water, electricity, and wifi are charged monthly.
