I am looking to pass my lease onto someone else, must make 3x gross monthly income of lease price (2,365) and be willing to sign a new lease with leasing office. $250 has already been contributed to security deposit and can be kept at the end of the lease. I am also happy to contribute $1000 towards moving expenses or 1st month rent. Property is unfurnished.
