Hi.Im subletting my 1 bedroom apartment.I recently have moved here,but unfortunately i have to leave Philadelphia, so Im looking for a new tenant.The lease is until April 2025 The apartment is located on the Girard Avenue ( Girard subway station) and its only 10 minutes from the center city.The building has gym, rooftop, game room and a parking lot for $100 in a month, which is good for Philly because most of the places do not provide parking or its much more expensive.By the way i didnt take a parking lot and ive never had problems with street parking.The apartment has washer and dryer, AC and dishwasher.
The price is $1700 + $50 for water
