Hi! Im looking for someone to sublease my room at University House (UHouse) Midtown for the summer. The move-in date is flexible. The kitchen and living room are shared with one other person. The room and bathroom are in the lower right corner of the B5 floorplan pictured.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and lots of cabinet space. The room has its own bathroom with a shower, has a spacious closet, and a huge window pane. Parking right under the apartment complex is also available!

University House Midtown is in a super convenient location: 1-minute walk from Publix, 5 minutes from MARTA Midtown station, 5 minutes to the GT campus, and many great restaurants. Its also 1 minute from the NCR building.
