Hi! I am looking for a renter to sublet my apartment from May 1st to July 31st. There are amenities attached to this sublease including a 24/7 hr gym and a pool. The perks of this apartment include a 5 minute walk to main bus lines on Guadalupe Street, high ceilings, window views (bedroom and living room), being a 5-10 minute walk from the University of Texas, and an in-unit washer and dryer. ALSO this apartment is technically a 2x2 bed & bath, however the subleaser for this apartment for the months listed will not have any roommates during the May-July duration; my roommate has informed me she is not subleasing or living in the apartment during the listed months.
