I am looking to go back home over summer, which would mean that I need to sublease my room. The room is in perfect shape, theres no damage anywhere. It comes furnished. 2 of the 3 other roommates are moving out too. Most likely the apartment will be pretty empty all summer. The amenities at Gainesville place are great. This is only a sublease from around end of April/beginning of May till July 31st.
