Hello, Im looking for someone, preferably a female, to move into my room for the summer period. Because Im going back to my home country for the summer holidays, I and my landlord have agreed to sublet my room.
The room is on the ground floor of the house and you will have your private entrance. It is a reasonable size room and it comes fully furnished with a chest of drawers, a double bed, a bookshelf, one big and one small rail for clothes, a desk and a chair. Bedding will not be included, so you will have to bring your pillow, duvet, sheets and mattress cover. You will be sharing the house with the landlord, who will only be staying at the house at the weekends as he works in London. The other housemate is (put housemate) and you will be sharing a bathroom with her. The living room and kitchen are also shared.
The house is a 10-minute walk to the centre, a 15-minute walk to the train station and there are several supermarkets in the area.
We are not necessarily looking for someone to move in for the full four months, so if you are looking at staying less that is fine.
