I have a Studio apartment (1 Bathroom) available for sublease. Technically the building management is calling this a lease substitution and they will draft a brand new lease starting on your move-in date meaning you are able to opt in (or out) of the different types of parking needs, pet costs, and internet speeds. The building asks that I find somebody, tour the apartment complex with them and do a key hand-off when ready - building management will handle everything else. The complex is called The Mason, you can look it up if you wish. Amenities include: in-unit washer/dryer, pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, secure mail room, craft room, bike storage, 2 party rooms, free coffee machine in the lobby, and private work/study areas. There are 3 parking options to choose from: Street parking (free), outside assigned lot parking (unsure of the cost - didnt use this one), and underground assigned heated parking garage (extra $135/month - I used this one, but new tenant can opt out). The apartment is on the first floor, meaning move-in/move-out is a breeze. The complex is located near the U of M and Augsburg University.
