One bedroom connected to the hall via a narrow hallway. Heating and water are included. Electricity is ~$50 per month. Kitchen comes with a dishwasher and a fridge. I do have a microwave, sofa, lights, computer desk, armchair, computer chair, 3 coffee tables and a bed available - purchased one year ago and in great condition. If you would like them, I can sell them to you at a discounted rate. Otherwise I would have to sell them before vacating the apartment in May. It is a good location in a safe place - on Delaware Avenue. It is very quiet, walls are sound proof. Close to most grocery stores and supermarkerts (1 mile) - wegmans, aldis, tops, target.
