Searching for someone to sublease my 1bed/1bath apartment in West Plano, 2 miles from Legacy West!

I am under contract for a home and theres a possibility I will need to break my lease. Im hoping to not pay that insane fee and have someone take over. The apartment will be ready to move in within a month and the lease ends on 9/8/2024.
They are the Windsor Preston Apartments (7950 Preston Rd., Plano TX 75024). GREAT location, 5 minutes from Legacy West. Great location, beautiful finishes, and amazing maintenance team.
With parking, trash, water, lifestyle, and base rent, it comes out to about $1,800 a month.
