I am subletting 1 room in a 4bd 4ba furnished apartment available from April 1st to July 30th, 2024!
There are 3 other roommates currently here, and would prefer a woman to rent room A.
Must move in on April 1st ($775 a month). Rent will be due at move-in. [Can move in March 25th, just let me know]
You will have your room with a walk-in closet, and private bathroom, and share the common area (fridge, living room with smart TV, dining, kitchen, dish washer, plus full washer and dryer)
All utilities are included plus internet, and there is a private shuttle that can take you to and from campus Monday-Friday (St. Marys, Holy Cross, and Notre Dame).
