looking for someone to sublet the rest of my lease from May-August 2024. The building is located on First Street just steps from Fanshawe College and bus stops. It is also equipped with modern appliances (stove top, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge), the room also come fully furnished with a bed desk chair and dresser. the room also has a full-sized ensuite. The room itself is spacious with a big window offering a good view to downtown London. the building comes with great amenities including a fully equipped gym, theater room, private study spaces laundry included in the building and parking. i will be leaving in early April so it will be able to be moved into earlier than the posted start date as well as the April months rent will be paid for. if anyone is interested please contact.
