I am looking to sublet this apartment from 5/4 until 6/30 or a lease transfer is also an option. There are air conditioning/heater included in the rental fee. Access to subway stations are 5-7minutes walk and M-23/M9 bus is available right in front. Free internet included.

I am also opened to subletting the two bedrooms separately, if you are fine with living with another tenant. If this would be the case, the price is going to be around 2909 (USD) per person per month.
