Building Management Requirements:
Subtenant must have good credit history and earn 40x the monthly rent or more annually.Debt to income ratio is evaluated and subtenant should earn equal to or more than 40x the monthly rent plus minimum monthly payments to satisfy their debts.If subtenant doesnt qualify, they would need a U.S. guarantor who earns 80x the monthly rent annually and fits the other above mentioned criteria.If they dont meet 40x the monthly rent or more annually - or - have a qualified guarantor, they can use Insurent, which is a corporate guarantor that provides services for a fee.
