Looking for a roommate for my apartment that is shared with my good friend. I am leaving and taking in California; looking for someone he will get along with and that is chill and normal. Outdoor activities are preferred, he likes to golf and work out. Flexible on the price if youre the right fit for this situation- this short-term sublease would run from April 1 to August 15th.
